Angela Swenson

Angela Brown Swenson has been a practicing attorney since 2002.

She focuses on family law, including divorce, child support, and child custody matters, but also practices in probate, guardianship, Social Security Insurance / Disability, and unemployment insurance appeals.

Angela is licensed to practice in both Indiana and Florida. She is a Registered Family Law Mediator and serves as a Guardian ad Litem in Hamilton and Marion counties and has successfully argued an appellate case in the Florida First District Court of Appeals.

Angela has extensive practice experience from working in small firms as well as for Jacksonville Area Legal Aid. Angela was an Administrative Law Judge for the Indiana Department of Workforce Development for two years and presided over thousands of unemployment insurance appeals during that time.

Angela served in the Army Reserves from June 1993 to June 2001 as a Military Police Officer.
